The Care Companion role includes:
- Visiting regular clients in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to support with a variety of needs including but not limited to meal preparation emotional wellbeing social events and trips out in the community.
- Communicating with families and nurses as part of the care team if required.
- Being creative in ways that can help enhance and bring joy to someones life.
- Participating in quarterly team meetings to support each other in our roles.

Qualifications :
- Full Driving Licence and means of transport is required.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English Language
