Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Care Professional with specialised experience in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries. The ideal candidate will provide highquality personcentred care assisting clients in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life.

This role involves working closely with clients families and healthcare professionals to ensure tailored support that addresses physical cognitive and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onetoone care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care mobility and nutrition.
  • Implement rehabilitation and therapy programmes in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and document progress reporting any changes to the care team.
  • Support clients in accessing social recreational and vocational activities to promote independence.
  • Communicate effectively with families carers and medical professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain a safe respectful and nurturing environment for clients.

Driving licence and a reliable car is essential for this role in the community 

Caregiving role you need to have a passion for supporting others be reliable and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. 


Qualifications :

Training includes a full induction programme will be provided where we provide awardwinning training including care certificates and specific training. 

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries.
  • Strong understanding of the physical cognitive and emotional challenges associated with ABI.
  • Ability to develop and follow personalised care and rehabilitation plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience empathy and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • A commitment to promoting dignity independence and wellbeing.
  • A valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle (if required).
