Are you on sponsorship with a Domiciliary Care Agency but not getting the required hours If so we would love to hear from you!
As a fulltime Care Professional you will have guaranteed contracted hours. As part of this it is required that you be flexible concerning your hours of work and that you are available to work weekends as well as evenings including live in care
Your tasks as a Care Assistant will be based around the following:
- Providing personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting with daily living
- Home help tasks
- Being a friendly companion to our clients
- Preparing meals and monitoring clients diets
- Assisting to appointments
- Ensuring that clients can remain independent in their own homes
A Care Assistant with Home Instead is someone who has a kind and compassionate heart and wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for seniors. Our Care Assistants provide support that is completely personalised to the individual based on a close bond being formed through shared experiences and interests. Qualifications :
We are looking for someone who has at least one year of care experience whether in a domiciliary field a care home or a hospital setting.
To be considered for this role you must already be in the UK and on Sponsorship. You must also have a drivers license and access to your own vehicle.
An ideal candidate will have good people skills be warm and empathetic and have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
