Job Description
We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants for day evening and weekend shifts. This role will involve you playing a crucial role in supporting seniors with their daily activities promoting their wellbeing and providing companionship.
What Youll Enjoy as Our Care Assistant:
Competitive Pay:12.40 per hour on weekdays 13.40 per hour on weekends.
Mileage Compensation:33p per mile.
Minimum 1Hour Visits:Ensuring quality time with clients.
Local Shifts:Reducing your travel distance and we cover mileage.

Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients conditions to the appropriate team members
- Build strong trusting relationships with clients and their families
Qualifications :

Adaptability and a personable nature.
Genuine willingness to prioritise the wellbeing of others.
Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work.
Legal right to work in the UK.
