Job Description
Home Instead Dundee & South Angus is currently recruiting for Care Assistants for Live in care.
Only driver positions are currently available for this position
must have a driving licence and have your own reliable car.
Live in care shift patterns include 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
Responsibilities include:
- Live at the clients home you have your own personal space where your breaks would be and personal belongings will be kept.
- 10 Hour shift with a 2 hour break.
- Visiting the same clients to allow you to build up a relationship and our clients have continuity.
- Home Help Helping with everyday tasks from tidying laundry hoovering and meal preparation/cooking.
- Companionship Ensuring clients enjoy social interactions daily from chatting playing their favourite board games etc to going on social outing days or accompanying to appointments/shopping.
- Personal care Supporting clients with every day routines such as showering dressing grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
- Medication support prompting assisting etc.

Qualifications :
You do not need to have any experience or particular qualifications.
