Job Description
Job Summary
Seeking an expertlevel Functional Analyst for Adobe Commerce Cloud to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for Adobe Commerce Cloud
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create functional specifications for software development
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate requirement workshops
- Develop use cases user stories and process flows
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired states
- Support testing and validation of implemented solutions
- Provide training and support to endusers
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time permanent position
WORK SCHEDULE: 9 AM to 6 PM
WORK LOCATION: Hybrid (mix of work from home and minimum 2x a month onsite). Office address is in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience as a Business/Functional Analyst with Adobe Commerce Cloud
- Expertlevel understanding of Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento) architecture and features
- Strong knowledge of B2C and B2B ecommerce processes
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner certification
- Familiarity with D365 and integrations with ecommerce platforms
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Understanding of UX/UI principles in ecommerce context
