Job Description
- Lead a highperformance engineering organization that cuts across several key product lines.
- Hire build and rapidly scale the engineering team to meet the hypergrowth plans for the India office in accordance with the companys business goals.
- Nurture a culture of innovation and drive local initiatives that enables continuous growth of individuals and the organization.
- As an enthusiastic technologist stay uptodate with technological trends in industry and continuously motivate engineers to leverage the bestinclass technology in building enterprisescale software.
- Actively engage with the team to provide technical and architectural guidance in building the nextgen Identity Security Platform.
- Engage with various stakeholders and the Product Management Team to establish a product roadmap and release schedule.
- Be an ambassador of the CyberArk culture and provide local leadership to establish the engineering culture across the teams.
- Foster leadership principles and behaviors throughout the organization to groom the next generation of engineering leaders.
- Partner with HR and executives for key India sitewide initiatives and facilitate the local operations.

Qualifications :
- 15 years of handson experience in building enterprise software.
- 6 years in hiring leading and scaling highperformance and resultsoriented engineering teams.
- Handson technical experience with building enterprisescale SaaS products preferably around Identity and Access Management.
- Very strong software engineering design development experience.
- Working experience with Desgining a scalable Web Solution. Experience with Microservice architecture preferable.
- Proficient in C# .NET Framework C Java or comparable programming environment SQL Web Development and test methodologies.
- Working and managing DevOps team would be a plus.
- Proficient and seasoned in handling SCRUM teams involving Devs and QA.
- Proven track record to grow and manage an engineering organization of 25 with an ability to also provide leadership.
- Deep understanding of Agile development practices and other engineering processes.
