As a Food & Beverage Manager youll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to your team.

Tasked with overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage department your duties extend beyond managing a team. Youll oversee every culinary creation and beverage dispensed to ensure they uphold the highest standards.
Beyond that youll navigate the intricate web of health and safety regulations to prioritise everyones wellbeing and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Complementing this your working knowledge of stocks ordering and stocktaking result analysis will support and drive our mission to becoming the UKs most loved Casinos.
Qualifications :
- Experience as a General Manager Assistant Manager or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation
- A good level of knowledge of the food and beverage industry
- A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers
