Job Description
With Us You Will
- Collaborate closely with a squad of Designers Product Owners and Engineers.
- Research and understand users needs and goals through user interviews analytics reviews usability testing in collaboration with our UX Researcher.
- Create user flows wireframes mockups high fidelity designs and prototypes in collaboration with the Design Lead Business Analysts and Product Owners.
- Review and offer UI feedback throughout the design process (from brainstorming to researching sketching prototyping testing and implementation).
- Design for web and mobile experiences working on branding typography visual assets copy and animations.
- Create and maintain our brands style guides brand books visual component libraries design systems...
- Create or retouch graphical assets including illustrations photos infographics etc.
- Identify key usability issues and provide suggestions on how to solve them.
- Contribute to regular testing of Ul components.
- Work mainly on a webbased interface for tools used by hundreds of internal users.
- Apply and promote design best practices and processes.
- Collaborate with different departments and creative groups to define and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
What We Expect From You
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Design or commensurate experience.
- A portfolio showcasing your talent and design process.
- Ability to quickly create multiple design solutions within tight deadlines while keeping a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Excellent time management and a sense of initiative. You dont wait for things to come to you you are naturally curious and willing to improve the products and processes you work on.
- Ability to present designs to various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Awareness of current trends in design as well as a willingness to learn grow and share.
- Experience creating prototypes wireframes and UI for complex websites and applications.
- Proficient with Figma Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can express your ideas clearly and explain your design decisions.
- Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory.
