Job Description
- Lead the design development and maintenance of Pythonbased backend systems and tools to enable AI productization.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and AI researchers to translate prototypes into scalable productionready systems.
- Architect and optimize backend pipelines APIs and workflows for performance reliability and maintainability.
- Mentor junior and medior developers fostering technical excellence and a culture of collaboration within the team.
- Oversee code quality and adherence to development standards through thorough code reviews.
- Drive innovation in backend development practices and contribute to strategic technical decisions including onpremises and cloud architecture.
- Troubleshoot critical issues and provide technical leadership during development and deployment phases.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in Python backend development.
- Expertise in Python and frameworks like Flask FastAPI.
- Proficiency in designing and deploying backend solutions on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) and onpremises environments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture RESTful API principles and distributed systems.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and a strong engineering mindset.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
