Senior OCI Consultant

Here at Version 1 we are currently in the market for an experienced Senior OCI Consultant to join our growing Managed Services Practice.
You will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud technology and work on projects across a multiplicity of sectors and industries.
In addition you will have the opportunity to undertake accreditations and educational assistance for courses relevant to your role.

Job Description
You will be based within the managed service overseeing support of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
In addition you will have opportunities to work on projects within Oracle Cloud.
You will be expected to be able to manage tickets within the managed service for various issues with key skills being the ability to resolve networking issues within Oracle Cloud.
Qualifications :
You will have experience in the following areas:
Required:
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Architect Associate (1Z0107223)
- OCI support including user management IAM policies and AD SSO integrations
- Experience with IPSec VPNs network routing and security group issues in OCI
- CloudGuard experience and alert resolution
- DevOps skills particularly Terraform scripting
- Basic Linux administrative skills (training provided for less experienced candidates)
Desirable:
- Oracle Linux Certification and ITIL Foundation
- Advanced DevOps skills (Terraform for full infrastructure builds Ansible for Linux configurations)
- FastConnect configuration experience
- Oracle Database knowledge (basic experience with TNS connections and database links)
- Experience with JD Edwards EBusiness Suite or Oracle Integration Cloud
