Job Description

Position Summary:

As a Marketing Operations Assistant you will play a key role in supporting our marketing teams operations and events from data gathering marketing project and program assistance to essential administrative tasks. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized databases of marketing materials creative assets and content ensuring that our team has easy access to updated resources.
  • Provide onsite support at events and tradeshows including setup logistics coordination materials distribution and attendee engagement. Help coordinate event assets and materials in advance.
  • Help to schedule meetings prepare materials and assist in the coordination of team calendars and deadlines.
  • Communicate with external vendors for marketing needs such as printing production or equipment rental.
  • Support our customers and sales team members seeking access to assets and assisting customers with marketing support.
  • Support other marketing projects programs and tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field (or relevant work experience).
  • 12 years of experience in marketing events or a related field is preferred. Aesthetic or beauty industry experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and basic data analysis tools. Experience with project management platforms Canva and scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Proactive adaptable and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to travel twice monthly to assist with domestic event.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can also work independently when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aesthetic or beauty industry experience a plus.
  • Experience with project management platforms Canva and scheduling tools is a plus.


Additional Information :

Compensation:

Cutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting. The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience education and candidate residence if the position is remote or fieldbased.

Base Salary Range: $70000 $80000
