Were looking for a Technical Product Manager to join Procores Product & Technology Team within our Documents Division. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative toprated global platform. Were a customercentric group that encompasses engineering product product design and data security and business systems.
In this role youll own the capabilities scalability and performance of the file access system underpinning all of our document products. Youll work closely with a local team of developers as well as product and development leaders in the United States. You will be valued as a technical subject matter expert among business and engineering partners for your ability to maximize the value of your products and services through thoughtful datadriven problem solving crisp definition of MVP solutions and crossfunctional collaboration.

This position reports into our Director of Product Documents and will be based in our Bangalore India office. You will work with development and design teams in multiple regions globally and will occasionally need to accommodate different time zones or work outside the standard 9 to 5 workday. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do:
- Lead individual feature efforts end to end (API webhooks security performance integrations etc) and collaborate closely with engineering leads and architects
- Identify and write product requirements and test cases by considering outcome potential competitive landscape technical requirements and user experience
- Work a with principal PM lead and assist with the justification of priorities backlog grooming and customer discovery
- Become wellversed in the construction industry and its diverse challenges to guide and communicate the value youre creating for internal teams and external partners and customers
- Balance customer empathy with horizontal solution thinkingrecognize platform approaches that solve multiple problems at once creating strategic leverage for Procore
- Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decisionmaking process
- Think beyond software for the whole solution by collaborating closely with customers and gotomarket teams
What were looking for:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or comparable work experience. Technical Certifications are a plus
- 4 years of Product Management experience at an enterprise SaaS software company
- 2 years managing APIs integrations platforms and developerfacing solutions
- Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making
- Ability to gain deep understanding of the system architecture and design concepts behind complex enterpriseclass software solutions at high transaction volumes
- Talent for designing futureproof solutions with an eye towards future use cases scalability and maintainability
- Experience collaborating with and influencing crossfunctional teams in an agile software development environment
- Customercentric approach and experience collaborating and conducting discovery with large enterprise companies
- Ability to effectively communicate tradeoffs for decisions through strong written and verbal skills
- Strong analysis and synthesis skills demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components structured into platformfirst solutions
- Strong listening skills; Product Management is equally about inquiring as it is advocating
