Job Description

Were looking for a Senior Manager Revenue Technology & Process to join Procores Revenue Technology and Business Process team. In this role youll drive process enhancements and technology implementations that empower our sales marketing and customer success teams to operate efficiently and achieve revenue goals. Your primary focus will be on leading the optimization of Salesforce and other GTM tools ensuring alignment with business objectives to support Procores growth.

As a Senior Manager Revenue Technology & Process youll partner with crossfunctional teams including Sales IT Marketing and Customer Success to manage and enhance systems including Salesforce CPQ Gong Outreach and Demandbase. Use your strategic mindset technological expertise and datadriven approach to drive impactful improvements across Procores GTM infrastructure. This position reports to the Sr. Director Revenue Technology & Process and can be based remotely. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.

What youll do:

  • Lead and manage business process improvements and system enhancements for key GTM tools including Salesforce CPQ Gong and Demandbase
  • Collaborate with IT and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure system enhancements align with revenue goals and organizational objectives
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales automation tools to drive efficiency in the sales process and improve GTM outcomes
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes that support revenue generation and improve data integrity across GTM systems
  • Architect solutions for process enhancements leveraging technology to optimize workflows and support Procores growth
  • Serve as the point person for the GTM organization in systemrelated decisions representing our team in matrixed crossfunctional environments
  • Provide analytical insights by turning data into actionable recommendations to guide business decisions
  • Occasionally travel to collaborate in person with team members and stakeholders as needed

What were looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations Product or a related field with a focus on GTM and Sales systems process and technology
  • At least 5 years of experience overseeing Salesforce platform sales automation and GTM tools such as Gong and Demandbase
  • Demonstrated success in driving business process improvements and revenue outcomes through technology and operational strategies
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with an emphasis on datadriven decisionmaking
  • Collaborative and relationshipdriven leader with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment while adapting to changing priorities
  • Passion for technologydriven efficiency continuous improvement and process optimization

Additional Information :

Base Pay Range $113560 $156145. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
