Job Description

Our office in Zrich Switzerland is always buzzing with ideas on how to improve our customers experience and innovate the industry.

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a law student or paralegal to gain handson experience in customer escalation legal processes and CRM management within a fastpaced and dynamic environment. At Gowago youll be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional service while ensuring that our customers needs are met with efficiency and care.

Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Assist customers with understanding our products and services addressing their specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system documenting customer interactions and issues.
  • Support the Customer Success team with various administrative tasks related to customer satisfaction.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to our products and services as well as the contracts that bind them.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • French mother tongue (Essential)
  • Fluent in English (Required)
  • Previous experience in direct customer contact (e.g. in gastronomy hospitality hotline retail etc.).
  • Available for 80100% workload.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Good notetaking skills and attention to detail when documenting interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ability to work independently show initiative and remain proactive.
  • A positive attitude energy and willingness to embrace the startup atmosphere.

Good to Have:

  • Conversational knowledge of German
  • Conversational knowledge of Italian
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of car ownership and enthusiasm for cars is a plus.
