About The Role
As the Director of Professional Services you will be responsible for leading and managing our professional services division ensuring the successful delivery of strategic solutions and services to our clients. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of the division driving client engagement and fostering a highperformance culture within the team. Your leadership will ensure that our services align with business objectives and exceed client expectations.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies for the professional services division to support Extropys goals. This includes setting goals establishing priorities and leading the team to achieve business objectives.
Client Engagement: Act as a senior point of contact for key clients ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained. Oversee the delivery of services to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Service Delivery Management: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of services and projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage the professional services team including interviewing training and mentoring staff. Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the team.
Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget for the professional services division ensuring profitability and costeffectiveness. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes to increase efficiency scalability and client satisfaction. Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
Business Development Support: Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities support the sales process and contribute to proposals and presentations.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery including project risks client relationship risks and operational risks. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the professional services division. Report on performance to leadership.
Partnership Management: Work with external partners and vendors to enhance service offerings and ensure seamless integration of thirdparty services with company solutions.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent (Masters degree preferred)
510 years of experience in professional services consulting or a related field.
Proven track record in a senior leadership role within a professional services environment including managing teams and overseeing multiple projects.
Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at a senior level.
Strong background in financial management including budgeting forecasting and profitability analysis.
Experience in business development and supporting sales efforts.
Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in professional services and consulting.
