What You Will Do
- Maintain and adjust the compensation and benefit strategy policies and structure to ensure the rationality of C&B system from the perspective of internal and external environments
- Develop Human Resources policies & procedures pertinent to Compensation & Benefit Performance Management etc. to ensure C&B systems/policy effectively to meet the business needs and be in compliance with labor law and regulations
- Provide annual analysis of compensation costs HR scorecard all kinds of HR statistics reports to management in order to provide information requests as appropriate
- Work with external resource on annual salary survey to benchmark market movement; Analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets
- Working as a coordinator with all areas to collaboratively complete the globalization program regarding C&B
- Manage and handle the daily C&Brelated affairs. Responsible for answering all C&B related questions.
- Ensures the employment conditions and activities comply with the PRC Labor Law Labor Contract Law and related employment regulations to avoid legal disclosure
- Other required HR support to HR team in order to meet sustainable & health working environment
Qualifications :
What We Are Looking For
- University graduate with bachelor degree
- Over 5 year relevant working experience minimum 3 years or above in C&B function is must
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good at organizing planning and analyzing Support and promote our values and employer branding initiatives
- Familiar with all kinds of C&Brelated policy and laws
- Familiar with PRC labor law and experience in ER will be plus
- Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written English. Good oral English will be plus
- Retail or FMCG industry will be plus
