You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Store Manager with COS you will be responsible for the overall performance of an individual store this includes delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the stores sales and profit. In this role you will lead a team of people to ensure the store is run in the most efficient way. By securing both direct and indirect customer service you ensure the success of the location to maximize profit.

To be successful in the role as Store Manager we believe you are a team player with a proactive and helpful approach fostering collaboration and collective success. You have a positive mindset where you are flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances and customer needs. We also believe you can take initiatives and independently in a quick and effective way address business needs. In addition you are communicative and socially confident fostering a positive interaction with colleagues and customers.
