Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for leading the delivery of daytoday HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to Global Accounting Services Business Unit within H&M Group.

Core Responsibilities:

Organizational Design & Process Implementation:

  • Partner with leaders to assess and shape organizational structures within their teams ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers as well as identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Responsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle
  • Implement and continuously improve scalable people processes such as performance reviews succession planning compensation programs etc
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt processes that meet both current needs and longterm goals

Talent Support:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for team members and leaders on HR policies talent development and organizational needs
  • Support management of team member relations cases including investigations documenting findings coaching leaders and recommending solutions
  • Serve as a key point of contact for managers providing guidance support and creative solutions to drive engagement and productivity

Business Partnering DataDriven Insights:

  • Partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessed
  • Coordinate and consult with country HR partners to deliver regional activities
  • Lead and/or initiate cross H&M projects as well as train new team members
  • Monitor talent performance and engagement through data analysis identifying trends and addressing challenges proactively
  • Leverage insights to recommend innovative approaches for team development and organizational success

Adaptability & Continuous Improvement:

  • Excel in a dynamic fastpaced environment where priorities may shift rapidly
  • Embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to identify gaps and create impactful scalable solutions
  • Take on additional projects as needed reflecting the evolving needs of a highgrowth organization

Qualifications :

  • Experience: 7 years in HR talent management or related roles with demonstrated expertise in performance management. Preferable experience of supporting Finance & Accounting teams.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to partner effectively with crossfunctional teams in a global matrix structured company providing actionable insights and support to achieve shared goals
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analyzing data using metrics to inform decisions and a detailoriented mindset (proficiency in spreadsheets is essential). Proficient in Microsoft Office PeopleSoft/ SAP
  • Proactivity & Independence: Selfstarter who excels with minimal supervision demonstrating a proactive approach to problemsolving and process improvement
  • StartUp Experience: Experience in a highgrowth fastpaced environment is a strong advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills fostering collaboration across diverse teams

Education:

  • Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Masters degree preferred
