Job Description
As the Text Producer at POD&S/Product presentation VS/Operations you will develop create and administer all master version of the product copy as well as proofread on a daily basis administrate the translations of the product copy. You will do so from idea to execution in line with the Brand Platform tone of voice SEO optimization and set goals.
- Ensure that the master product copy is selling and accurate in accordance with good marketing ethics and legal requirements as well as accurate product information.
- Create uphold and follow guidelines for master copy including general guidelines follow tone of voice based on an SEO perspective.
- Constant improvement and development of the product copy to secure a highquality standard. Manage projects within the team intended to improve the delivery of product copy.
- Engage on any central prioritized projects where the copy production is considered a stakeholder.
- Develop and improve processes of the daily work. Identify insights on trends occurring and emerging on media platforms. Collaborate with different stakeholders to gather adequate information about the products. Empower strong collaboration and alignment between channels to become more omni and customer centric. Take an active role in finding ways to change and improve copy.
- Know your assortment and understand how to adapt strategy needs keepingthe concept and customertop of mind.
- Lift and share best practices and learnings between H&M brand and Portfolio brands.
- Administer and cooperate with our translators.
- Proofread product copy in various steps of the process.
Qualifications :
We believe you are a great team player with a customercentric approach in what you do. You are an excellent communicator both in writing and verbally able to get your message across. Your drive and initiative take you where you need to go and you manage to stay organized and keep a structure when things get hectic.
We are looking for people with
- Basic knowledge in textile materials and a great interest in fashion beauty and interior design
- Documented experience and/or a degree within the field of written communication and is familiar with different text types the concept of plain language and English style guides
- Is a team player and prestigeless and love to work together as a team and build a team feeling. A easy going person that doesnt have to have right all the time. Put the collective first.
- Knowledge and updated on different media platforms.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Able and accustomed to take/give feedback (both within the team and to stakeholders
And people who have
- Positive serviceminded mindset and great administration skills.
- Experience and confidence working in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information :
