arsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Graphic Designer to join our team!
Associate Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging, innovative, and functional designs that align with the Royal Commission’s brand identity. Collaborate closely with Senior Graphic Designer to produce materials for both online and offline promotions.
What You'll Be Doing
Create compelling graphical content, illustrations, and infographics.
Oversee graphic designs from concept to delivery.
Review drafts and maintain high-quality standards.
Generate fresh and innovative design concepts.
Ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools.
Provide input during team meetings and share creative ideas.
Work closely with Senior Graphic Designer to produce materials for both online and offline promotions.
Design Support
Creative Asset Development: Assist in creating graphics, layouts, and illustrations for various projects, including brochures, social media posts, advertisements, and presentations.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
Image Editing: Edit and retouch images for use in design projects.
Collaboration and Feedback
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to execute design projects.
Feedback Incorporation: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients, managers, or team members.
Project Execution
Conceptual Development: Brainstorm and present ideas for visual content that meet project objectives.
Task Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
Technical Execution
Software Usage: Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma to create high-quality visuals.
File Preparation: Prepare and package design files for both digital and print production.
Degree in design, fine arts, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience.
Demonstrable graphic design skills.
Proficient in design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements and multimedia design. Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) is advantageous.
