Architect Engineer

Roles and responsibilities

Learn and Performs a variety of engineering duties by applying basic engineering techniques and analyses within one discipline. The Engineer at this level is in a developmental mode, being trained under close supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices, and gaining exposure to Company procedures. Assignment may be to a structured rotational program which would include experience in Project Controls, Procurement, and Construction Management, as well as through several disciplines in Engineering. Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications. Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations is expected.
Design and Planning
Building Systems Integration: Design and integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems into architectural plans.
Blueprints and Technical Drawings: Develop detailed blueprints and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Material Selection: Recommend materials based on project requirements, cost, sustainability, and aesthetic considerations.
Structural and Technical Expertise
Structural Integrity: Ensure buildings can withstand environmental conditions, such as wind, earthquakes, and snow loads.
Energy Efficiency: Design systems and structures that optimize energy efficiency and comply with green building standards.
Code Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Project Management
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Management: Estimate project costs and help maintain budget constraints.
Scheduling: Develop project timelines and ensure milestones are met.

Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Engineering (or related field) and typically 0+ years of related work experience.
Preferably female Saudi National

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field. Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is also required.
