Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React and Python) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be a Part of Going 0.5 to 1: Were still in the early innings here and in this role youll be a part of our foundational team. The ideal candidate is a highachieving IC from the jump but with the experience or potential to grow into an Engineering Manager or Team Lead as our engineering organization grows.
- Impactful Mission: Every hour we help dozens of patients overcome one of the most challenging aspects of aging in place acquiring and using essential medical equipment and supplies. The tangible difference our work makes for patients and their loved ones drives us here and the ideal candidate will be driven by that too.
- Dynamic Environment: Assume almost everything you work on will get shipped and contribute to the broader business strategy. Youll have the autonomy to make pivotal decisions and drive our technology stack forward working hand in hand with our founders.
Requirements
- Startup Experience: Proven track record in highgrowth startup environments demonstrating adaptability resilience and an understanding of scaling challenges. Ideally 10 years but talent > experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in our tech stack React Remix Python GraphQL AWS Kafka and Terraform or similar environments with a focus on workflow and dataintensive web applications. Experience with highly secure applications and handling sensitive data is a plus.
- Leadership Potential: Ability to transition from an Individual Contributor (IC) role to an Engineering Manager or Team Lead role as the team grows combining handson technical mastery with effective team management.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges. You get things done.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to bridge technology and business effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders and fostering accountability within the team.
