Dominos Pizza is hiring bosses specifically Assistant Managers that are looking to grow and become general managers. We want to teach you how to run your own business one day but first we make sure you learn the basics.
Assist the General Manager as directed
- Assist in hiring training and managing employees
- Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
- Assist with inventory and other operational functions
- Communicate between managers customers and employees
- Assist with deliveries as needed based on business (optional)
Serve as acting General Manager (GM) when GM is away
Qualifications :

- Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Strong leadership abilities and initiative
- Excellent delegator and mediator
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service
