As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating leads managing customer relationships and driving sales growth for the company. You will engage with potential clients understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. Your success will directly contribute to the company s revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective communication negotiation and pipeline management.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Execution:
- Generate and qualify leads through research inbound inquiries and outbound calls.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the value of solutions to potential customers.
- Drive sales growth by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs.
- Follow up on leads inquiries and customer requests to ensure timely resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide tailored solutions based on client needs ensuring a customercentric approach to sales.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking lead progress and nurturing prospects.
- Qualify leads to ensure high conversion rates and effectively manage the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead qualification and followup strategies.
Sales Reporting & Performance:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g. conversion rates sales cycle duration) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track individual progress and provide updates to the sales manager.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions opportunities and client data in the CRM system.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with industry trends product knowledge and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.
- Attend product training sessions to enhance understanding of offerings and effectively communicate value to customers.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to coordinate on campaigns promotions and lead nurturing strategies.
- Assist the external sales team in transitioning qualified leads and ensuring smooth handoffs for complex opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business IT or related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in inside sales customer service or account management preferably in IT or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decisionmakers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
