Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing and managing endtoend SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions contributing to various phases of the project lifecycle and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Environment: SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Design develop and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations.
- Participate in requirements gathering activities.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture planning.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including:
- Solution Requirements Specifications
- Business Requirements Document
- Technical Design Document
- Test Cases Document
- Solution Requirements Specifications
- Develop code and perform unit testing aligned with requirements and design for clientspecific use cases.
- Lead or contribute to code review activities and integration testing.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues including liaising with the technology vendor.
- Assist clients with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support clients with deployment readiness actual deployment and postproduction support.
- Contribute to business development activities including preparing business proposals.
- Engage in IAM strategy projects including:
- Current State Assessment
- Vendor Comparison and Selection
- Target State Documentation
- Roadmap Creation
- Current State Assessment
- Lead or contribute to internal SailPoint IdentityIQ training sessions.
- Implement and adhere to security best practices across all engagements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: B.Tech M.Tech MS MCA or MBA.
- Experience: 58 years of relevant experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations with a minimum of 5 years specifically in IAM projects.
- At least one endtoend SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation including:
- Use case documentation
- Architecture design
- Development testing and deployment
- Postdeployment support
- Use case documentation
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with complex connector integrations including custom connector development and deep customizations.
- Proficiency in developing plugins and standalone custom rules.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and shell scripting.
- Experience with effort estimations and bestpractice implementation for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Certifications:
- SailPoint IIQ Certified Engineer
- SailPoint IIQ Certified Architect
- SailPoint IIQ Certified Engineer
- Familiarity with standard software development lifecycles frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
