Job Description

As our next Reservation Agent you will be:

  • Responsible for all reservations over the phone by fax or internet email and handles all associated operations
  •  Increases and optimises room sales in line with the brand and hotels sales policy
  • In this role you ensure guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested in line with the Company standards.
  • Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly making checkin operations easier for the front desk team.
  • Handles reservations by applying the various stepbystep processes defined by the brand.
  • Enters reservation details precisely and correctly.
  • Ensures that information is passed on to the people concerned.
  • Confirms the reservation; takes care over written communications.
  • Communicates and cooperates with the other hotel departments.

Qualifications :

  • Guest focused personality is essential
  • Experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
