Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Lead to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts and drive our companys continued growth. In this role you will lead a team of recruiters develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and ensure we attract and hire top IT talent. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the IT industry a proven track record in fullcycle recruiting and leading teams and a passion for building highperforming teams.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in fullcycle recruitment with a specific focus on IT roles.

  • Strong understanding of various IT technologies roles and skillsets.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent across various levels and specializations.

  • Oversee the fullcycle recruitment process for a variety of IT positions from entrylevel to senior roles including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels including online databases social media employee referrals and industry events.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and team dynamics ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and selection criteria.

  • Conduct indepth interviews.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our talent acquisition processes and strategies.
