In this role you will lead a team of recruiters develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and ensure we attract and hire top IT talent. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the IT industry a proven track record in fullcycle recruiting and leading teams and a passion for building highperforming teams.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in fullcycle recruitment with a specific focus on IT roles.
Strong understanding of various IT technologies roles and skillsets.
Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent across various levels and specializations.
Oversee the fullcycle recruitment process for a variety of IT positions from entrylevel to senior roles including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels including online databases social media employee referrals and industry events.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and team dynamics ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and selection criteria.
Conduct indepth interviews.
Contribute to the development and improvement of our talent acquisition processes and strategies.
