Role and responsibilities
Systems Analysis and Develop and Implement Solutions:
- Lead and oversee the analysis and implementation of smallscale systemsrelated projects (below $100k) ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements coordinate deliverables and project timelines.
- Provide detailed updates and system improvement recommendations.
Systems Management Integration functions Reporting and Support:
- Assist the Team Lead by preparing biweekly system performance dashboards and detailed presentations using tools like ServiceNow and PowerPoint.
- Extract and analyze systems and project data from ServiceNow to create standardized reports and templates for performance tracking.
Issue Identification and Resolution:
- Test maintain monitor and analyze system performance and project reports to identify anomalies inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Work proactively with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure timely updates and seamless system operation.
- Analysis and solution of business problems such as development of integrated production and inventory control and cost analysis systems
- Coordinate and link the computer systems to increase compatibility so that information can be shared.
Qualifications :
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow including dashboard creation extracting data and generating reports.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and application systems including both onpremise and cloudbased environments.
- Excellent organizational presentation and communication skills with a focus on clientfacing interactions.
- Fluent in French is a plus.
The salary range for this role is US$90000 US$140000
