Manage and guide the local HR team
Work closely with business functions to provide highimpact HR business support during the full employee life cycle
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures workforce planning and succession planning
Develop studio recruitment strategyand manage already existing company initiatives to improve the overall candidate experience through recruitment and onboarding
Recruit key talents for the internal client
Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes to secure sustainable results built on true collaboration with stakeholders
Take ownership of & manage complex HR Projects crossfunctionally
Maintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed & required
Actively identify gaps propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks
Ensure the compliance of existing and created guidelines processes and procedures with Global HR policies across Evolution
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective thorough and objective investigations
Provide managers with tools & guidelines on how to better interact with their teams
Track key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding decisions and the quality of work
Develop and control the budget
Qualifications :
Qualifications
5 years of experience in HR preferably in a large company
3 years of experience as HRBP and/or middlelevel manager
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Thorough knowledge of local labor legislation
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices organizational diagnosis employee and union relations etc.
Excellent knowledge of full recruitment process and sourcing
Strong strategical mindset & analytical thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders
Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Is confident in influencing and negotiating with all levels of seniority along with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Advanced computer literacy
Excellent knowledge of English language ( C1 Level)
Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles
You must be available to work at both of our locations in Medelln.
