Job Description

This is a 90 day temporary position to support the Operations team with Amazon transactions in NetSuite and Seller Central and will also support transactions related from our IDS to Kenco transition. 

  • Supports the Transfer Order process for Amazon including updates to NetSuite and Seller Central and in close coordination with the DTC team.
  • Using our ERP system (NetSuite); creates records maintains and analyzes inventory transfer transactions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Works closely with JDE transportation team transportation providers and warehouse transportation teams to ensure timely NetSuite transactions supporting movements.
  • Resolves inventory lot code discrepancies for inventory transfers and customer shipments

Qualifications :

  • Highly analytical able to work cross functionally excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in an analytical field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • Proven experience in supply planning production planning inventory management and omnichannel fulfillment.
  • Experience working with NetSuite ERP.
  • CPG good/beverage background.
