We are seeking a skilled Strategy and Data Innovation Consultant to work closely with the Business Digital Office (BDO) leadership team including the CIO CTO and Chief Data Office. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives enhancing brand presence and advancing our data maturity framework. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic consulting expertise market research skills and experience in working with emerging technology ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Consulting and Advisory for BDO Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to the BDO leadership offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations to support the organizations digital transformation goals.
- Facilitate collaboration across the CIO CTO and Chief Data Office to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Marketing and Branding for BDO
Data Maturity Index and Project Management
Market Research and Synergy Exploration with Tech Startups
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging tech startups that align with the BDOs strategic direction.
- Assess and propose potential partnerships and synergies between the BDO and promising startups to foster innovation and growth.

- Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of branding principles especially in a technology or digital context.
- Project Management: Proficient in managing complex projects with crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Market Research: Skilled in researching technology trends with the ability to evaluate startup viability and partnership potential.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with leadership and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data maturity models and digital transformation frameworks.
- Familiarity with the tech startup ecosystem and emerging technology trends.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and branding techniques.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Head of Business Digital Office (BDO).
- Lead the development and management of the Data Maturity Index to measure and track data capabilities across the organization.
Drive project management activities to ensure the successful execution of key data and digital transformation initiatives with regular updates to stakeholders. - Develop and implement a marketing strategy to enhance the visibility and brand reputation of the BDO within the organization and in external forums.
Collaborate with the corporate communications team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Qualifications :
- Education: Postgraduate degree in Management Strategy or a related field.
- Preference MBA or equivalent Management Post Grad from Top BSchool (IIM IMT ISB etc)
- Experience: Proven experience in strategy consulting digital transformation or a similar role. Familiarity with marketing branding data maturity frameworks and project management is preferred.
