Job Description
Responsible production planning engineer for segments or entirety of production line
Support in production line layout during industrialization preparation of technical specification
Order process of machines and services regarding the set up or ensuring the running operation of production line segment
Creation and maintenance of production documents e.g. work instructions standard operation sequence escalation plan
Support in creating and maintaining global production documents e.g. PFMEA
Ensure technical availability of production line segment to achieve required production volumes
Planning carrying out and evaluating process tryouts (new type process changes etc)
Coordination to restart line in case of technical problems by involving responsible technical process experts
Coordinate projects with crossfunctional departments for cost reduction quality improvement and customer satisfaction
Training activities for workshop level
Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product and process
Prepare all related issues for Audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful Audit
Additional tasks from manager
Qualifications :
Major in engineering (technical) or similar
3 years experience in planning position or similar
Computer literate in Excel Word & Power Point
Good English
