Job Description
What youll do...
- Fully own the commercials of your property and overall performance from P&L through to budgets through to planning and forecasting.
- Play a key role in hiring decisions for the property.
- Establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the preparation presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotels annual Operating Budget Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
- Execute the highest of Brand standards financial performance and quality of service.
- Provide handson leadership and support to your Heads of Departments in the daytoday People management of each team.
- Oversee all hotel operations.
- Oversee all quality evaluation processes and strive to improve all qualitative metrics.
- Be ultimately accountable for delivering projects in your property.
- Serve as the hub for communications with guests team ownership brand representatives and key vendors.
- Find and keep the best talent for your property.
- Be frontfacing and hightouch with our guests involved in handling guests throughout their journey and setting the example for the team to engage in excellent guest experience and recovery at every turn.
- Be a part of the evolution of Ennismore as it expands further in the US and Americas region.

Qualifications :
What were looking for...
- You are an experienced General Manager a commercially savvy operator and have prior experience in a similar role. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel General Manager and significant experience in highend Lifestyle hotels
- You have experience leading successful openings transitions and resort properties and luxury & lifestyle properties where the experience is branded from beginning to end.
- You are comfortable in the spotlight but always remain humble and kind.
- You have a passion for hospitality you inspire an enthusiastic guestcentered approach.
- You can turn any situation around into a positive experience for all guests and team alike.
- You think big and encourage your team to believe.
- You are comfortable with the strategic as well as day to day detail.
- You are a natural at leading and managing others and you lead by example creating an environment where your team can be their best self.
- You have an aptitude to perform numerical analysis of data and formulate conclusions and solutions.
- You are able to easily identify and utilize emerging trends and technology to generate revenue.
