Job Description

The role

 

This Role supports the Global Pricing Team in driving the Firms strategic pricing objectives commercial standards and pricing governance through data analysis and business intelligence on business performance and operational data sets.

 

Who you will work with

  • Work as part of a highly skilled and knowledgeable team creating a go to trusted and highly valued function
  • Report to the Pricing Analytics head and work closely with team colleagues sharing knowledge

 

What you will be responsible for

Pricing

  • Responsible for the entire analytical process from outlining the type of solution through implementation and interpretation of results.
  • Assist with pricing templates process improvement and system efficiencies in order to improve service quality.
  • Develop datadriven processes to enhance finance efficiency crossregion process alignment and increased financial analysis capability.
  • Engage with Directors Pricing Specialists and Executive teams to drive best practices in utilizing business intelligence platforms.
  • Drive the development of Tableau Excel & Power BI dashboards scorecards and reporting utilizing multiple data sources
  • Develop flexible solutions that will ensure scalability and adaptability of tools and processes

 

What you will do

  • Design innovative and analytical management reporting tools/template for insights and detailed analysis with quick turnarounds.
  • Manage the existing reports and pricing deliverables (Pricing decks Rate Sets Compliance Reports Benchmarks etc.) with the existing Pricing team and improve the visibility and impact of the reports within global stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Your experience

 

The successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in working in Pricing and/or analytics supporting pricing teams as the key functional domain with a large firm (preferably MNC).
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skill including the ability to disaggregate issues identify root causes and recommend solutions
  • 12 Years of Handson Professional Experience on OLAP MDX Cubeformulas and Tableau/Power BI Desktop is preferred.
  • Experience in the Legal Industry/KPO/Professional services firm is preferred ideally in the Finance function.
  • Intermediate knowledge of statistical methods such as Regression Factor Analysis Decision Trees etc. is recommended.
  • Very strong communication skills are required. Must be capable of interacting with leads managers and solution architects other technology teams to identify opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize the teams workload and deliver on short deadlines ensuring stakeholder delight.
