The North America Acceptance Solutions Strategy Associate will be a key member of North America Acceptance Solutions Product Office which is accountable for financial and operational performance of Acceptance Solutions in North America.
This role will specifically be responsible for working with the head of Acceptance Solutions Strategy to understand the acceptance ecosystem in North America and key trends impacting its evolution developing a strategy for how Visa can best develop a sustainable competitive position in this ecosystem and help identify key gotomarket partners and potential M&A opportunities. This individual will work closely with other teams across the organization to understand client needs and drive prioritization of Acceptance Solution focus areas. This position is based in the San Francisco Bay area. Specific responsibilities include:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117600.00 to 141150.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
