Mid-level graphic design

We are seeking a talented midlevel Graphic Designer fluent in French and English to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across print web and animation. Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute designs for print web and animated projects.
• Manage projects from initial briefing to final delivery.
• Collaborate with our team to align designs with strategic goals.
• Stay updated on new design technologies and trends incorporating them into projects.
• Deliver visually compelling work that resonates with diverse audiences.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Language: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Design Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects) and familiarity with other design tools.
• TechSavvy: Knowledge of new technology design (AI tools web design platforms etc.).
• Strategy: Understanding of design strategy and its impact on brand development.
• Soft Skills: Highly creative reactive and able to adapt to client needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications :

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Multimedia Design or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.

Experience:

• 35 years of professional graphic design experience across print web and animation projects.
• Proven track record of managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Experience working in bilingual (French/English) environments preferably in a multicultural or international context.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of web design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with AIdriven design tools (e.g. MidJourney DALLE or Canva AI) and other emerging technologies.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
• Ability to create motion graphics and animations for multimedia projects.

Strategic and Creative Skills:

• Strong grasp of design strategy and the ability to align creative work with business objectives.
• Exceptional creative thinking with an innovative and proactive approach to problemsolving.
• Ability to translate client needs and branding goals into compelling visual concepts.

Soft Skills:

• Bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• High emotional intelligence with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm and collaborative personality fostering positive client and team relationships.
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking in fastpaced environments.
• Demonstrates adaptability flexibility and quick responsiveness to changing project needs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with branding and marketing teams or as part of an agency.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles to enhance digital design projects.
• Familiarity with print production processes and requirements.
• Experience creating interactive PDFs or similar multimedia assets.
• Background in consulting or strategic client interactions.
