Processes and Routines
Access load control reports for individual and team analyses in training sessions and games
Monitor injury recovery processes with systematized phases and contents integrating actions with those responsible for sport science return to play physiotherapy medicine nutrition and psychology
Organize and participate in training and game activities (starters nonstarters and nonrosters)
Organize and participate in the gym session and pre and posttraining sessions in accordance with the need and stage of the season
LongTerm Player Development Program
Create development planning for youth players with individual goals respecting their characteristics needs and roles
Monitor the growth and biological maturation establishing individual plans and interventions regarding the biological maturity status
Qualifications :
Physical Education or Sports Sciences bachelors degree completed
Sport Training / Exercise Physiology PostGraduation is a plus
Intermediate English Level is a plus
More than 2 years of experience working with youth football club
EXOS Elite Training/Athletic Lab NSCA/UKSCA or equivalent certification is a plus
CBF License S&C level B / Coach Level C and/or B is a plus
BI (Power BI Tableau or Google Locker Studio) knowledge is a plus
Capacity of leadership and persuasion
Time management and organization
Communication and empathy specially with the athletes
Problemsolving and conflict management
