Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and oversee assigned accounting and tax work with minimal supervision.
- Guide mentor and review work of lowerlevel personnel ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Resolve routine and complex accounting and tax matters serving as a resource for advanced solutions.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local tax regulations while applying current accounting principles.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in public accounting.
- CPA license preferred.
- Proficient in tax software spreadsheets and word processing applications.
- Strong critical thinking professional judgment and decisionmaking skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to professional integrity.

- Occasional travel to client meetings or seminars using a personal vehicle.
