Job Description
What You ll Do
Lead Change Initiatives: Manage and execute business transformation projects that impact processes technology and organizational culture within transit operations.
Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to define transformation goals aligning them with business objectives to achieve sustainable growth and improved performance.
Process Reengineering: Identify areas for process improvement redesign workflows and introduce innovative solutions to optimize transitrelated operations.
Technology Integration: Champion the integration of new technologies to enhance service delivery efficiency and safety within the transit environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive buyin ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of transformation efforts.
Requirements
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: Proven expertise in leading transformation projects with a background in the transit or transportation sector being highly advantageous.
Preferred: Strong problemsolving abilities strategic thinking and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams through complex changes.
