- SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub
- SAP Signavio Process Governance
- SAP Signavio Process Governance Collaboration
- SAP Signavio Process Insights
- SAP Signavio Process Manager
Key Activities
- Team training on the use of Signavio
- Documentation of ToBe processes fully documented withing Signavio Process Manager
- Setup Process Documentation Template
- Maintain Common Dictionary Terms
- Integration of SAP Best Practices into Signavio when available
- Review and formal approval of ToBe Processes using Signavio Process Governance
- Implementation of Value Accelerators in specific areas if available
- Proposal for specific KPIs by LoB
- Integration with Cloud ALM (If available)
- Setup SAP Process Insights and report out on agreedupon business areas
