Job Description
THIS IS A CT/XRAY NEED
FACILITY WILL PEND VT LICENSE BUT TRAVELER MUST APPLY (and show proofs of same) WITHIN 24xxS OF OFFER ACCEPTANCE
The Springfield Hospital Radiology Department is a fullservice department providing routine and specialized imaging procedures for inpatients outpatients and emergency patients.
The department offers xray & CT services 24 hours a day seven days a week. Canon DR Radrex and GE Fluoro Units used.
Radiology Information System: Infinitt
EMR: CPSI
Local Travelers (those who reside within 50 miles of facility) must be uploaded at a 10% discount of posted rate.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
NonBillable Orientation: 0hrs
OT Multiplier NO OT MULTIPLIER OT PAID AT FLAT HOURLY RATE
Holiday Multiplier: 1.25%

THIS IS A CT/XRAY NEED
- 5 years of current CT/Xray Tech experience in a hospital setting Required
- MINIMUM 3 months previous travel experience REQUIRED NONNEGOTIABLE (more is preferred)
- ARRT/(R) (CT) Certification Required
- Previous Travel Preferred
- Bachelor Degree Preferred
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 2 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (ARRT and BLS)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ARRT
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Vermont
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Part of shift/Holiday coverage required
On Call Requirements : No call unless traveler would Choose to help
