Job Description
We are searching for a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a member of our team you will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing treatment plans that integrate with the continuum of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the new patient evaluation establish customized treatment plans and patient goals and participate in the implementation of patient care programs
- Deliver and manage highquality patient care for multiple diagnoses
- Maintain a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment
- Effectively communicate skills both verbally and in writing
- Promote evidencebased patient care
Qualifications
- Current OT license in state of Florida
- Current handson CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience preferred will consider a new grad
- Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements
- Ability to prescribe fit and fabricate orthoses as needed preferred
