Job Description
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Warehouse Foreman. The Warehouse Foreman will be responsible for supervising personnel shipping & receiving tasks material handling inventory control and forklift operation on a daily basis.
Skills and Experience
- Leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Problemsolving and analytics
- Knowledge of inventory management logistics and supply chain operations
- Knowledge of safety regulations (HACCP)
- Experience with WMS AS400 or similar warehouse management systems
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Authoring and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Qualifications
- 23 years Supervisory experience
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling
- Inventory control knowledge
- Forklift certified
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
