Job Description
Role Description
The Sales Director will lead and manage a sales team develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This is also a selling position where the Sales Director will have his/her own accounts.
Qualifications
- Must have an agriculture packaging background. Corrugated plastic containers bags.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Base salary and commission: Total comp range between 110250K. Commissions are not capped
