Location: Chicago IL Richmond VA Kennesaw GA 3x a week
12 months contract

As a Technical Onboarding Lead you will apply technical knowledge to onboard applications to Bank tools as part of large projects involving line of business software/hardware developers and vendors.
Extensive background in IT management and support required. Install new hardware and software on Microsoft and other stacks. Onboard to Middleware self service tools. Manage the implementation and test new applications and hardware. Drive a strategic vision and help to roadmap and test new products. Drives and participates in design development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications often using new technologies. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage self service tools on servers and hardware
Install new vendor built applications and hardware
Work within the industry to find new key trends and products
Drive and build a roadmap.
Analyze business requirements to determine how Data & Analytics can best functionally fulfill those needs
Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities
Required Skills:
Networking background
Corporate security background
Background in the systems development lifecycle including project management IT and business strategy business/systems analysis and design requirements gathering business process modeling.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse levels and styles in both business and technical areas.
Attention to detail excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High energy and motivated with results focus.
Must be able to effectively communicate problem status to senior management
Must be able to translate plans/policies into specific goals tactics action plans and deliverables
Plans prepares for and effectively facilitates team meetings and presentations
Applies all aspects of program/project management: resource planning work breakdown risk/issue management financial management implementation planning testing
training/communication etc.
Desired Skills:
Experience with SQL and other data tools
Middleware background
Microsoft certification
Bank experience
