Job Responsibilities
Clearance: New Line Submission & Prospect Entry Processing including
Reviews incoming submissions to determine correct service branch and customer group
Performs Agency Licensing validation
Indexes all supporting documentation in the underwriting file
Completes entry with the appropriate name clearance system and indexes all supporting documentation in the underwriting file
Enters Prospects according to business rules
Generates correspondence associated with new line submissions per Corporate Rules
Ancillary: Endorsement Triage Processing Branch Service Requests which include:
Broker of Record Changes Loss Runs workorder Creation
Loss Control Reports Close Outs Do Not Renew and Cancellations
Proof of Coverage Notices Indexing

Experience/ Education
Previous experience in a similar role preferred. HS Diploma or GED required.
23 years experience in Data Entry with a knowledge base of Excel
