Job Description

Role: Failure Analysis engineer Electrical /Silicon

Location: Austin TX (Onsite)

Duration: Long term

LIT TDR & nano probing is mandatory

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Perform day to day activities for devicelevel and system level FA.

Perform Electrical Fault isolation using multiple FA tools.

Produce technical reports of failure analysis findings.

Evaluate and maintain new equipment and techniques related to failure analysis. Must have Skills and Qualifications

BSEE with 5 years of experience or equivalent degree of Engineering or physics and a proven track record in performing failure analysis of IC devices and module level FA.

Handson proficiency with Physical and Electrical Failure Analysis at Silicon level.

Indepth knowledge and proficiency with board level FA.

Hands on experience with EFA tools such as LIT TDR FIB SEM RIE CMP MIP and decapsulatation sample preparation and Emission microscopyLaser scan microscopy microprobing and Nanoprobing.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Hand on experience in failure analysis in multiple tools and techniques. .

Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical skills and problemsolving ability.
