Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
Retrieve and return voicemails promptly.
Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner ensuring all inquiries are addressed.
Process license applications and renewals ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
Assist various units within the Agency by performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Maintain accurate records and assist in the preparation of reports as needed.
Provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage incoming mail and correspondences directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Collaborate with team members to help streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirement:
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problemsolving skills are a plus.
Must be able to work onsite and adhere to regular business hours.
