Job Description

Position: QA Lead Automation
Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite 5 days a week)
Type: FullTime Employment (FTE)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a QA Lead with expertise in Sterling OMS and strong automation testing skills. This role involves leading offshore teams executing endtoend testing processes and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
    • Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of formal education.
  • 4 years of experience in Information Technology with at least 1 year as a test lead managing offshore teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and its activities.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Atlanta GA or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sterling OMS Expertise:
    • 2 years of handson experience with Sterling OMS IBM Call Center SMCFS and SOM.
  • Automation Testing:
    • Proven experience in API Automation and Selenium Automation using BDD frameworks.
    • Knowledge of Playwright and AS400 is a plus.
  • Retail Domain Knowledge:
    • Expertise in OMS Order Flow Sourcing & Scheduling Inventory Management Payments Fulfillment Returns & Exchanges and related processes.
  • Testing Activities:
    • Ability to perform functional regression and endtoend testing.
    • Skilled in preparing Test Strategy Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
  • Client Handling:
    • Experience collaborating with stakeholders handling status reporting and mitigating risks.
  • Ability to thrive in fastpaced environments and work independently while coordinating with partner teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead offshore teams to execute testing processes efficiently.
  • Design and implement robust test strategies scenarios and cases.
  • Ensure quality in endtoend testing for Sterling OMS and associated systems.
  • Automate test scripts using API and Selenium frameworks.
  • Publish test execution reports and provide risk mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
